Service Sales and Delivery Terms
1. SCOPE OF SERVICES
Minipanoramics provides customers with digital works such as photographs and panoramic views available for sale in a digital format.
All services are ordered and delivered electronically through the Minipanoramics website, www.minipanoramics.com.
2. SERVICE SALES
Placing an Order:
The Buyer can place an order for the Service via the Seller’s website.
Payment Terms:
The Buyer must pay the full price of the selected Service using one of the payment methods provided by the Seller.
Orders will not be processed until the full service fee has been paid.
3. DELIVERY TERMS
Delivery Method:
Once payment is confirmed, the ordered Services will be digitally delivered to the Buyer’s specified email address or member account.
Delivery Time:
Digital works will be delivered within a maximum of [specified time] from the order confirmation.
In case of any delay, the Buyer will be informed.
Delivery Status:
Deliveries can be tracked through email notifications or via the Buyer’s account on the website.
4. SERVICE CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION
Service Cancellation:
Orders cannot be canceled once the service has been delivered.
If the service has not yet been delivered, cancellation requests can be sent to hello@minipanoramics.com.
Modification Requests:
If the service is custom-made or personalized, modification requests can be accepted before delivery.
5. RESPONSIBILITIES
Seller’s Responsibilities:
The Seller is responsible for delivering the Service as promised, in a timely manner and with the agreed quality.
The Seller is responsible for resolving any technical issues related to the delivery.
Buyer’s Responsibilities:
The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring they have the necessary technical infrastructure to receive the Service.
6. RETURN CONDITIONS
Once the Service has been delivered and used, it is not eligible for a refund.
If the delivered Service is incomplete or defective, the Buyer may contact hello@minipanoramics.com to request a correction or re-delivery.
7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising between the parties shall be governed by Turkish law, and the local courts of the Seller’s jurisdiction shall have authority over such disputes.
8. CHANGES
These Terms may be modified by the Seller at any time. Updated Terms will take effect once they are published on the website.
